Return & Exchange Policy

We does NOT accept RETURN & REFUND.

Local Orders (7 Days Free Return/Exchange):
We offer a 7-day free return or exchange for customers within the local area. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days from the date of receipt.

International Orders (14 Days Free Return/Exchange):
For international customers, we offer a 14-day free return or exchange from the date of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping:
For both local and international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning items. However, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within the return period to request a return or exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return instructions.

Note: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
